    What's do I get when I make my selections?

    You will receive a complete vent-free gas log kit complete with logs, hearth kit, safety pilot valve and oxygen depletion sensor

    Gas Type- Your kit will come set up for the type of gas that you choose.

    Ignition Type- 

    • Automatic includes a safety pilot valve so you can turn the gas log on and off by turning a knob on the pilot valve. 
    • Remote ignition includes an electronic safety pilot valve with a on/off remote or if you choose a variable remote you will receive a remote with on/off and hi/lo settings.
    1. How do I know if my fireplace is vented or vent-free? A quick and easy way to tell is to see if you have a chimney going from your fireplace up through the roof.
    2. If I don't have a chimney do I have to use a vent-free gas log set? Yes.
    3. If I have a vented fireplace do i have to use a vented gas log set? No, you can use a vented or vent-free set.
