Standard Gas Kit (Manual Ignition):
What else do I need? 1 Bag of Lava Rocks (Home Depot Garden Center <$4) add your choice of toppings (toppings are not included in the kit) Lava Rocks, Outdoor Logs, our Ceramic Rocks or our many choices of Fire Glass.
Benefits: This is the least expensive option. Now you can cover your burner ring with more lava rocks, 1-unit of our ceramic rocks or 80 lbs of our ½” fire glass (we suggest the use of ½” size fire glass because some of the fire glass will settle into the lava rock base).
Installation: Insert the connection line up through the hole in the center of the fire pit, pour the lava rock in the bottom of the fire pit to the height where you want your burner ring to rest. Connect the gas line to the burner ring and lay the burner ring on top of the lava rock. Cover the burner ring with your favorite topping.
Deluxe Gas Kit (Manual Ignition):
What else do I need? Just add your choice of toppings (toppings are not included in the kit) Lava Rocks, Outdoor Logs, our Ceramic Rocks or our many choices of Fire Glass.
Benefits: With the use of our stainless steel pan there is no need for a lava rock base. When you choose to top off your burner with fire glass you will only need 60 lbs of ¼” or ½” fire glass. Or you can choose to top off your burner with lava rocks or 2-units of our ceramic rocks.
Installation: Lay the burner pan supports across the bottom of the fire pit. Insert the connection line up through the hole in the center of the fire pit, connect the gas line to the burner and lay the burner pan on the supports. Cover the burner pan and ring with your favorite topping.
