DiscountHearth.com offers low prices on everything we carry. That’s our job and our customers tell us we do it very well. If by any chance you should find a lower price from a legitimate competitor on an identical item we stock (including shipping, tax, etc), we will meet or beat that competitors price! It’s as easy as that.
It must be a published Internet price on their website. To receive your discount, please contact us at by email. You must provide a direct link to the item on the competitors website as well as your complete shipping address for a price match amount.
This policy excludes closeouts, liquidations, store specific coupons or rebates, and clearance items. We will not price match orders placed previously or already received. We do not match brick & mortar stores or their ads. We also cannot match pick-up pricing, or wholesale club prices in which there is a membership fee to join. We will not even talk about any junk from auctions sites like the one that starts with an “e”. The competitor must have the item in stock and available for immediate shipping. Their shipping, tax, and product cost must be clearly defined for us to calculate. Any written, emailed or phone quotes will not qualify. If their total price with shipping and sales tax is lower than our total price, we will gladly beat it by 10% of the difference in price!
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
100% Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to return any product within 30 days from date of shipment for a full refund of the purchase price (this does not include your original shipping fees or any return shipping fees). A 20% restocking fee will apply.
In order for a return to be covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, items must be:
- Product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Product must be new and in resalable condition.
- The original sales receipt must be attached to the inside lid of the packaging.
- Product CAN NOT have been installed or used.
- Product can’t have been purchased as a “Scratch & Dent” or “Crazy” Specials sale item.
- Product can’t be freight damaged.
- Glass that has been mixed cannot be returned.
- Partial pails of glass cannot be returned.
Customer must obtain a valid RMA before sending the return, please email us for an RMA.
On any return, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges, including any costs incurred in getting the product both to and from the customer, regardless of whether shipping was originally charged or not.
Customer is responsible for tractor trailer access. If an item is shipped and returned because it is not deliverable due to an incorrect address or non-access, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees both ways. If the product is returned because the freight company could not reach the customer, this will be considered a return, and the order will be subject to our regular return policies.
Customer will be responsible for checking shipment for any damage prior to signing for it. If packaging looks damaged at all, even the slightest, customer is responsible for noting it on the freight bill prior to signing for it. Do not sign for any noticeable damaged product shipment. We will not be held liable for any freight damage. Freight damaged items cannot be returned for any reason after signed for.
The 100% Satisfaction Guarantee IS NOT covered if:
- Product has been installed or used in any manner.
- Product was special ordered.
- Product was freight damage.
- Product was purchased from our “Scratch & Dent” specials or from our “Hot Specials”.
- Product is outside of our 30 day policy.
